Sanyo Denki SANMOTION standard stepper motors offer precision control for applications such as instrumentation, medical electronics and machinery. There is a choice of unipolar (6 wire) or higher efficiency bipolar (4 wire) winding arrangements and a choice of single or dual shaft versions, as well as 1.8degree and 0.9-degree step angle and a flat pancake motor versions

The newly developed SF24 Series 42mm motors use the latest technology to deliver higher torque than traditional motors and are available in four different depths. The most powerful version offers holding torques of 0.58Nm which is similar to that of many 56mm motors – so giving the opportunity to downsize equipment with a more compact motor.

Similarly, the new SM256 56mm motors also utilise the latest technology and have been designed to offer a high torque comparable with 60mm motors. There are huge range of options in the SM256, including 1,2,3,4 and 6A phase current for design flexibility
