EAO Ltd, Burgess Hill, 4th August 2026 – EAO Ltd, a leading provider of innovative cooling solutions, has launched its own range of cost-effective axial and centrifugal AC fans for general equipment cooling and ventilation applications.
The new square-framed Highland brand axil fans are available in 80 x 25 mm, 120 x 38 mm, 225 x 80 mm and 280 x 80 mm frame sizes. Round centrifugal AC fans are available with 133 Ø x 80mm, 175 Ø x 65mm and 190 Ø x 67mm diameters. The round and sidecut fan variants in the Highland range offer 172 Ø x 51mm, 172 x 51 x 55mm and 254 Ø x 89mm diameters
All cooling fans in the new Highland range are available in 115VAC and 230VAC versions, are CE safety marked and have received UL and TUV approvals. Ruggedly constructed inside a ridged metal frame they all feature reliable AC induction motors that deliver a long, trouble-free service life even in demanding environments.
The HIG-C Series centrifugal fans and most of the HIG-A series fans axial utilise reliable, maintenance free ball bearings that give a typical L10 lifetime of 70,000 hours at 25 degree C or 45,000 hours at 40 degrees C.
For enhanced price/performance reasons the 80mm and 120mm axial fans have sleeve bearings with a typical L10 lifetime of 30,000 hours at 30 degree C.
According to Simon Kilcoyne, Highland Product Manager at EAO, the new budget-friendly Highland range of AC fans provides ideal choices for cooling applications in a wide range of industrial applications, which the company’s cooling systems specialists support with expert advice: “We use Sanyo Denki’s innovative portable airflow tester system to generate the impedance curves needed to determine the optimum cooling solution for our customers’ equipment design”, Kilcoyne said.
