New Sanyo Denki 92RA 92×38 mm Axial DC fan offers 5dB(A) lower noise and 13% reduced power consumption.
EAO Ltd, Burgess Hill, May 2024 – EAO Ltd has introduced the new Sanyo Denki 92RA DC fans. These 92mm by 38mm axial fans deliver a maximum static pressure of 192 Pa that is 8% higher than the current range of fans and with a 30% higher maximum airflow of 3.28 m3/min or 116 CFM. Whilst the lower noise level that has been reduced by 5 dB(A) compared to the current 9G products.
The built-in pulse sensor (tacho) connection can be used to monitor the fan speed and assist in fault diagnosis. The optional PWM control can be used to further reduce power consumption and fan noise using a PWM controller such as the Sanyo Denki 9PC8666X-S01.
The rich line-up of 30 fan options covers three different rotational speeds for each of the 12/24/48 V rated voltages and each fan can supplied with and without mounting ribs. Whilst the choice of sensor and PWM options enables you to choose the optimum fan best suited to your application.
Engineered in UL94V-0 rated black plastic housing with dual ball bearings, these new fans provide reliability figures of 70,000 hours MTBF at 40oC (40,000 hour at 60oC) as standard ensuring trouble-free long-term operation whatever the environment.
EAO Ltd is a cooling systems specialist offering expert advice and is equipped with a Sanyo Denki Portable airflow tester system that can be used to generate the impedance curves needed for accurate thermal designs in our customers’ equipment.
