EAO Ltd, Burgess Hill, Jan 2025 – EAO Ltd has introduced the new Sanyo Denki 9CRLB counter rotating DC fan. This 60mm by 60mm by 76mm CR fan deliver a maximum static pressure of 1500 Pa that is 7% higher than the current range of fans and delivers a 14% higher maximum airflow of 2.4 m3/min or 85.8 CFM.
The built-in pulse sensor (tachometer) connection can be used to monitor the fan speed and assist in fault diagnosis. The optional PWM control can be used to reduce power consumption and fan noise when a lower cooling load is needed by using a PWM controller such as the Sanyo Denki 9PC8666X-S01.
Engineered with a black coated aluminium frame and with UL94V-1 rated plastic impeller with dual ball bearings, these new fans provide reliability figures of 135,000 hours MTBF at 40oC (100,000 hour at 60oC) as standard ensuring trouble-free long-term operation.
